Prelaunch Privacy Notice
MindYours is currently operated by Richard Johnson as a prelaunch project while a separate MindYours LLC is being established.
What we collect
Only what you enter on this form: your first name, last name, email address, optional business or organization name, how many businesses or initiatives you manage, your primary operating challenge, which description fits you best, and the fact and time of your consent.
How we use it
To evaluate interest in the MindYours Founding Beta and to contact you about MindYours. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, begin a trial, reserve a founding membership or collect payment.
Your choices
To ask what we hold, correct it, withdraw your consent or have your entry deleted, email support@mindyours.biz.
How long we keep it
Only as long as reasonably necessary for the prelaunch waitlist and any related legal obligations.
Who processes it
Our hosting and application platform (Lovable) and our database and authentication provider (Supabase) process this information on our behalf so the form and the waitlist records can operate. Payment processing is not used for the waitlist.
Cookies and storage
This waitlist page uses only the storage needed for the application to work, such as keeping an existing user signed in. MindYours does not add separate advertising trackers to the waitlist form.
Embedded video
The MindYours website includes an optional embedded video provided by YouTube. The YouTube player is not loaded until you choose to play the video. When you play it or open it on YouTube, Google and YouTube may receive information about your device, browser, IP address and interaction with the video. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed mode, but YouTube’s own privacy terms still apply. MindYours does not add separate advertising trackers to the waitlist form.
Confirmation
Confirmation is shown on screen only. We do not send a confirmation email when you join the list.
